QUALITY POLICY
The base of our company activity is the excellence in the quality product
and service provided to the client, as a future guarantee, for conquering
and maintening markets, or for the incorporation and conservation of
our best human resources.
The search of the quality must therefore, impregnate all of our activities.
Our Quality Policy is based on the principle that each one is directly
responsible for the quality of his own work, and that our efforts must
be directed towards the following objectives:
- The total satisfaction
of the client.
- The continuous improvement
of the efficiency of our company.
- The product provision
that satisfies us and is related to our speciality.
In order to achieve this
policy each of us is committed to:
Permanently understand and satisfy the quality expectations of our clients,
no mater if they are final or if they are internal and follow us in
the company process.
Identifying and eliminating error reasons, and design, process and procedure
wastes.
Determine, before accepting a contract, that we are specialised on the
product supplying,that we have the necessary resources and that the
client is eligible.
